Alain Mallart began his career at Crédit Vendôme bank and then aimed at the recycling industry and the treatment of mining waste, activities he sold in 1974 to a subsidiary of the SCHNEIDER Group. In 1977 became manager of that company, then President/CEO, he then sell the group to CFF in 1980. In 1983, he created NOVALLIANCE that will become one of the first land logistics groups in France (MORY , STOCKALLIANCE, TRANSALLIANCE etc.) with 1,500,000 m² of warehouses (including 400,000 m² of GARONOR). Novalliance is sold in 1995. In late 1994, he founded with Jacques Tordjman the company GFI of which he will own 75% stake and fund important development. This company, which he left in 1999, now generates a turnover of 688 million €. In the late 1990s, Alain Mallart created EXTERNALIS, a venture capital company. Early 2000s he became a partner of SUEZ Environnement in the Indian Ocean region. Having presided over the development of these companies, he sold his shares and with this experience, decided to develop his own group in the field of renewable energy, recycling and waste management through Energipole.
Managing Director and Partner
Françoise works with Alain Mallart since 2002. She was appointed Managing Director of Externalis and Energipole in 2005, ensuring, alongside Alain Mallart, management for ENERGIPOLE group. She follows the various interests and serves on the board of several companies. She is also involved in the negotiation and structuring of major transactions. A lawyer by training. She started her career at MORGAN STANLEY in London, Corporate Finance (IPO structuring and various LBO) and also worked in the Equity Research tracking major oil companies. Back in Belgium, she joined the Regional Investment Company of Brussels as Investment Manager in charge of the study of investment projects and monitoring of investments.
Partner, real estate
Featuring a triple master (IEP, HEC and Masters in Business Law), Rémy began his career in real estate in the PELEGE Group, BOUYGUES and COGEDIM. He overtook NOVALLIANCE property management who held a real estate portfolio of more than one million m² (GARONOR, TRANSALLIANCE, MORY). Since 2000 he is chairman of OJIREL and since 2013, ORGANA (OPCI).
Chairman of AER & ECODEC, Ludovic began his career at the Institute of Hydrology Research of Nancy. He joined SUEZ ENVIRONEMENT in 1995 for 11 years before joining the STAR group chaired by Alain Mallart in 2005 to head the STAR Seychelles unit until 2009. He then joined ENERGIPOLE in the Caribbean. in 2013, he created in partnership with Alain Mallart and Daniel Martin, ENERGIPLAST in Quebec.
Aymeric LETURCQ (Engineer City of Paris) began his career at SITA in 1998. After a stint in the SEN (subsidiary of SITA Group), he joined the company STAR 2000 (subsidiary of Alain MALLART waste and environment group and SUEZ ENVIRONEMENT), leader in the Indian Ocean in waste management as COO. In 2006, he joined the TEP group (subsidiary cleanliness of Alain MALLART's EXTERNALIS) as Managing Director to lead a diversification of business operations and customer portfolio. Since 2014, Aymeric LETURCQ is CEO of CCL and VERDIPOLE.
CEO of Energipole South Africa. Olivier Meyer (EDHEC, Master Ecole Centrale Paris) started his career in 1991 at TOTAL. After a time at COMPAGNIE GENERALE des EAUX in Argentina, he joined a SUEZ & VINCI joined venture. In 2003 he was apointed CEO of WASTEMAN Group, which became under his mangement the second waste treatment company in South Africa. Since 2012, Olivier is CEO of DCLM based near Durban, the largest landfill in Africa.

Olivier is the manager of GRAVITATION. He was working until 2007 at AT-KEARNEY as specialist of markets in deregulation, strategies of growth and held the position of adviser in investment funds.

Until 2006, he occupied various posts of management in several big banks, especially BNP PARIBAS and Chase Manhattan Bank. Graduated from the Institute of Political Studies of Paris and holds a Master in Law..
Jean Luc LE BLEVEC

Jean-Luke Le Blevec is the previous managing director of SITA SUEZ France. He started his career for the SUEZ Environment group in charge of operations in western regions and is the president of SNAD (National Labour Union of the waste Products) member of the national federation of activities of cleanup and of environment. Mr Le Blevec is the president's adviser.
